He has worked with many famous and leading brands of hospitality like The Park, New Delhi; Le Meridien, New Delhi; Hotel Park Plaza, New Delhi; The Galbiati Gourmet Deli, Singapore, and many more. He is a well-known pastry chef who specializes in desserts, chocolate structures, petit fours, and entremets. He was the Part of 11th North India Patisserie Competition 2020 as a Jury, Culinary Art India as a National Jury, and at India skills as National Head Jury in the skill category Patisserie & Confectionery.
He holds a Guinness World Book record for world making the tallest pyramid cake in 2016 on the occasion of Prime Ministers’ birthday and Limca Book of Records and Golden Book of records for the world’s longest in 2018. He has represented India at various forums and has Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals to his credit.
During the orientation session, he shared the values, ethics he has been following and emphasized on the passion and dedication towards whichever field the students choose. He motivated students to utilize the lockdown time in practicing recipes and learning maximum from the online content.

During the orientation session, he shared the importance of effective communication skills, emphasized reaching out to customers and help them, build trust and loyalty. He motivated students that industry has gradually started to rise and was very sure that soon the industry will regain its original strength. His session was interactive where students put their queries about the pay packages and other aspects related to the industry. The student could connect very well with him well and also asked questions related to the scope of moving abroad after studies.
